There is nothing quite like the classic.  Let’s kick off our inaugural blog post by paying homage to traditional lobster poutine.

I am going to totally make this up. Ari, if you remember how you made the poutine, fill in the correct info below.

Ingredients:

(2) 1 1/2 pound lobsters

1 pound thick cut french fries

8 oz cheese curds

6 oz of gravy

Start by boiling two 1 1/2 Pound hardshell lobsters. Once they are finished, remove the meat and set it aside.

Next fry one pound of thick-cut french fries until golden brown.

Place the french fries on a pan and sprinkle cheese curds on top.

Add lobster meat

Pour gravy over top of everything.
